Payment Terms
You can secure your journey with a deposit and, for many journeys, pay the rest in parts. Everything is paid at least two weeks before departure.
1. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Your proposal shows the total price and any service fee.
2. Deposit
To confirm your booking, you pay a deposit. The amount is stated in your proposal and in your booking confirmation.
Some services must be paid in full as soon as they are booked, such as most airline tickets, because the supplier requires immediate payment. Where this applies, your proposal says so.
3. Paying the rest in parts
For many journeys, you can pay the remaining amount in agreed parts. The amounts and dates are set out in the payment schedule in your booking confirmation. Whether this is possible depends on the journey, the suppliers and the time until departure. We agree it with you before you book.
Paying in parts means you pay the total price before you travel, in agreed amounts. It is not a loan.
4. Final payment
The full price must be paid no later than two weeks (14 days) before departure. If you book less than two weeks before departure, you pay the full price when you book.
5. How to pay
You pay by bank transfer to the account shown on our invoice, stating your booking reference, or with a payment link we send you. Only pay to the account details on our invoice. If you ever receive a message asking you to pay to different account details, contact us first.
6. Late payment
If a payment is late, we send you a reminder and give you 14 days to pay. If the payment is still not made, we may cancel your booking. The cancellation costs in our cancellation policy then apply, and we set them off against what you have already paid. We may also charge statutory interest and collection costs, as far as the law allows.
7. Confirmation and invoices
After booking you receive a booking confirmation with the payment schedule, and an invoice for each payment.
8. Refunds
How refunds work after a change or cancellation is explained in our cancellation policy.
